Any company that stores and distributes materials or products relies on a high-functioning warehouse. As the manager supervising all the activities within the warehouse can be pretty stressful at times. Kristi has a great team that helps with operations and things run smoothly when projects are organised. One of her favourite parts of the job is operating the machinery, this is when she is in her element.

As Kristi explains all her job duties and it's quite clear that she has to be on her feet at all times and organisational skills are 100% essential to her success. Her job is like backstage at a concert and if everything runs smoothly the show is a success.

Kristi is juggling transport methods, calculating cost evaluations and benefits, administration duties, overseeing shipment orders, team building, storage performance, roasters and maintenance, professional customer service, while ensuring the highest efficiency.
